2. Description of Service

Lexacon provides a construction document intelligence platform that allows users to upload, search, and analyse construction documents using AI-powered tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to Lexacon. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lexacon for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes on others' rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lexacon provides AI-powered analysis tools as an aid to professional judgement, not as a replacement. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
